“He Said, She Said: Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni,” a new documentary created by ITN Productions will explore the legal battle featuring the co-stars of “It Ends With Us.” Variety reports that the 90-minute documentary will debut Monday on Channel 5 in the UK with a 60 minute version airing in the US on Investigation Discovery and streaming on Max and Discovery+ starting on March 31st.
The film will investigate the legal confrontation that surfaced in the wake of Blake Lively’s claims against Justin Baldoni regarding sexual harassment on the set of their film “It Ends With Us,” which is expected to be released in 2024. The actress has also claimed that Baldoni separately engaged a PR firm to lead an online smear campaign against her. Baldoni responded to this claim by denying all accusations and filing his own $400 million countersuit for defamation against Lively. The high profile lawsuit is tentatively set for March 2026.
The documentary will offer evidence from both sides providing a thorough examination of one of the most publicized legal battles in Hollywood in recent years after Johnny Depp’s case. It will also illustrate the power of social media in shaping public opinion as both actors have received extensive support from their fanbases.
