John Cena on Sunday registered his 17th Title by beating the current champion Cody Rhodes. Held at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, the Wrestle Mania Championship Belt was hanging up high between John Cena and Cody Rhodes. ‘Heel’ Cena defeated the ‘Undisputed’ Cody Rhodes along with the celebrity wrestler Travis Scott and won his 17th Wrestle Mania Championship Title, a lone record, most by any wrestler in History.

John Cena has been a formative face of the WWE world known for his iconic ‘You Can’t See Me’ gesture and the colorful merchandise, he is one of the most famous of the lot of his contemporary wrestlers. Cena’s 2025 Elimination Chamber ‘Heel turn’ caused a massive uproar with even the 12 time Champion Hulk Hogan reaching out to praise Cena.
John Cena made his Wrestle Mania debut with the 2004 fight at Madison Square Garden against The Big Show for the United States Championship. Defeating the mighty Big Show, John Cena pulled a surprising move that is both iconic and became a signature for the star wrestler.

Wrestle Mania 41, Night 2 becomes John Cena’s 17th Title and the most by any wrestler so far. He broke the record of Ric Flair’s 16 Titles by scoring an appreciation from the man himself, who took it to his X and shared, “Congrats To My Great Friend @JohnCena On Becoming A 17x Champion! It Was Only A Matter Of Time!.”
