कौन हैं विनोद बहेटी? अंबुजा सीमेंट के सीईओ नियुक्त

Ambuja Cements Ltd. has declared the appointment of Vinod Bahety as its Chief Executive Officer starting from April 1, 2025. Bahety was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with more than 25 years of strong experience in manufacturing and finance.

Bahety’s career comprises impactful leadership roles spanning over thirty years. Prior to being CFO of Ambuja Cements he served as the Group Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance at the Adani Group being a key driver for a number of significant M&A transactions during his time there. His prior banking experience includes working at Yes Bank for 14 years from its inception and helped to the success of the organization. He also has additional experience with ICICI Bank and Grasim Industries and related companies. Overall, he brings a very diverse and executive role particularly with respect to finance and corporate strategy.

Bahety has academic qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Cost and Works Accountant (CWA) which gives him an enviable background in financial management and strategic planning.

As CEO, Bahety will also be an Additional and Whole time Director on Ambuja Cements Board. The company also announced the re-appointment of Ajay Kapur as Managing Director, for a period of two years, in addition to other senior appointments including Rakesh Tiwary being appointed CFO, Madhavi Isanaka taking on the role of Chief Digital Officer and Vaibhav Dixit as Head of Manufacturing. All of these appointments support Ambuja Cements strategy of strengthening its leadership team to drive future growth opportunities.

Bahety’s vast experience in finance and strategy will equip him to guide Ambuja Cements into the next stage of development, building the company’s solid underlying strengths in the cement industry.
