In 2025, the Indian stock market will witness numerous closures for important festivals, national events and certain special observances. Trading for all three markets including equity, derivatives and commodities will remain closed on certain holidays designated by the official calendar of the NSE and BSE. Regular market hours are from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday with weekends and certain holidays being non-trading days. Let’s see the complete list of market closing days other than weekends.
