One of the best looking and fresh pairing in Bollywood, Actor Ishaan Khatter and Actress Bhumi Pednekar are all set to light our screens on fire with their upcoming NetFlix Original series ‘The Royals’. The coming-of-age drama about high society people and the running romance between the sizzling hot pair.
A Royal Rom-Com with a stunning cast including the regal Zeenath Aman, Sakshi Tanwar, Nora Fatehi, Dino Morea, Milind Soman, Chunky Pandey, Vihaan Samat and many more, ‘The Royals’ has been enlisted in the Netflix upcoming list for a while and now finally gets a streaming date on 9 May, 2025.

‘The Royals’ is set in Morpur where the once majestic royals are now scraping without any riches to spend for themselves. In comes Bhumi Pednekar’s character who must find ways to get the ship afloat on top of struggling to curb the young prince’s (Ishaan Khatter) spending habits. While the ambitious and proper independent woman meets a pompous and free spirit prince, sparks fly in the air.

The Global OTT site shared a poster of the two actors with a caption that read, “A ziddi rajkumar meets a girlboss aamkumari love story? Royal mess, ya shahi. Watch The Royals, out 9 May, only on Netflix.”
The Netflix Series along with a stellar cast, also has a great crew consisting of directors Priyanka Ghose and Nupur Asthana with the story written by Neha Veena Sharma. Produced by Pritish Nandy Communications, the series has a good hype backing its streaming release in Netflix on 9 May, 2025.
