One aspect unique to JioHotstar is this ‘free access’ model, where every month users get to enjoy limited content for free, except for Hollywood films. The platform promises ultra HD 4K, multi angle viewing, AI-generated insights and real time statistics overlays on sports content like IPl, WPL and major ICC events.
Existing Disney+ Hotstar subscribers can convert easily to JioHotstar with no changes to their plans, whereas JioCinema Premium users will by default be carried over to JioHotstar Premium.
