Emergency, the most-awaited film starring Kangana Ranaut in the lead role hit the theatres on 17 January 2025. Directed and story written by Kangana Ranaut, the biographical drama movie is based on the Indian Emergency. The film features Kangana as the former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi.
Soon after the film’s shows concluded, social media users took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share their views on the film.
And guess what, reviews on X have declared Emergency movie as a superhit film and appreciated Kangana’s performance in the film. Most notably, X users loved the way the film portrayed the intensity of the real Emergency declared in 1975.
Apart from social media users, even film critics are all praises for the film Emergency. Film and trade experts are of the view that Kangana Ranaut has nailed the role of Indira Gandhi in a very transparent manner.
